Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST)
Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
All orders require 1 business day processing time before shipment

Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via a reliable carrier. Estimated delivery times:

Standard Ground Shipping: 3–5 business days
Military Addresses (AA/APO/FPO): 8–12 business days

Note: Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.

Possible Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Carrier or logistics issues
High order volumes
Weather conditions

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order by:

Logging into your account
Clicking the tracking link in your confirmation email

Tracking updates may take time to appear initially.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped (shipping cost will be paid by the customer)
Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable if a refund is requested

Replacement & Warranty Shipments

Replacement shipments follow carrier terms and conditions
All packages are insured against loss or damage
Claims require proper proof (photos/videos)
Orders marked “Delivered” are not eligible for claims
Theft or loss after delivery is not covered
